Norwich City Council is responsible for the regulation of sex establishments within the Norwich city area. Sex establishments include sex shops, sex cinemas and sexual entertainment venues.
The licensing team is currently reviewing its policy in relation to sex establishments. As part of this review, we are consulting on a draft policy document. Any responses will be considered by committee and will form part of a publicly available document.
Our public consultation will run from 12 August until 3 November 2024.
