We Are Norwich: A community-led plan (2024–2029)
Norwich City Council has created a five-year plan shaped by feedback from residents, businesses, and community groups. It sets out a shared vision for the future of the city, focusing on five key priorities.

How the plan was created
- Hundreds of conversations with people across Norwich.
- Input from over 900 individuals and organisations.
- Focus groups, surveys, and workshops helped shape the priorities.
