Our Corporate Performance Dashboard gives you an interactive view of how we’re doing across all council services. It’s updated every quarter and shows our key performance indicators (KPIs) - the measures we use to track progress toward our goals.
For this quarter, we’re still using the indicators from our previous Corporate Plan, but we’re reviewing them as part of a new planning process. These indicators are now linked to the five priorities in our new community-led plan, We Are Norwich (2024–29):
- An open and modern council
- A prosperous Norwich
- A fairer Norwich
- A climate responsive Norwich
- A future-proof Norwich
