Examples of noise we can investigate include:
- Shops, businesses and factories
- Licensed premises such as pubs, clubs and restaurants
- Construction and demolition sites, including building works
This form should not be used for:
- Noise from a residential property (please use the report residential noise form)
- Ongoing cases where you have already been asked to complete noise log sheets - if you have reported noise in the last 60 days and received log sheets, you should complete and return those instead
Information you will need before you begin the form
Before starting, make sure you have:
- The address or location (including postcode) of the commercial property (If you don't know it try searching online for the business name and address to find it)
- Details of the type of noise and where it is coming from
- The dates and times the noise occurs
- Information about how the noise is affecting you

- You must complete and submit the form in one session
- The form cannot be saved to finish later
