These homes are flats or bungalows designed for those who can live independently but may need a little extra support.

Costs
In addition to your rent, you’ll pay:
- a charge for the emergency alarm service
- a support charge for help from your support officer
- a service charge for shared areas and facilities.
If you receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, you may get help with some of these costs.
