What kind of homes are we looking for?
We need all types of homes – from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom houses.
They just need to meet current letting standards (we’ll explain what’s needed). Properties outside Norwich city limits might also be accepted.
How does it work?
- rent your property to us for 1 to 4 years
- we guarantee monthly rent - even if no one is living there
- rent is set at a fair rate so we can guarantee payments
- at the end, we return your property in good condition (normal wear and tear expected). We’ll fix any tenant damage.
Repairs and maintenance
- you can handle repairs yourself, or we can do it for you
- if we manage repairs, there’s a 10% admin fee
- we use trusted contractors who offer fair prices and quality work
- full tenancy management
- we take care of everything – with no monthly management fees or extra costs to start or end a tenancy.
Who will live in your property?
Tenants may include people on the housing register or those facing homelessness, including those supported by government resettlement schemes.
