How our income team can help if you are in arrears or worried about upcoming payments. Plus, how to get in touch with our money and budgeting team.
If you’re having trouble paying your rent or owe money (called “arrears”), an income officer can talk with you and help you make a plan to pay your rent in a way that’s fair and affordable.
Email or call an income officer on 01603 987601 during office hours (Monday to Friday).
Talking to us early can help stop things from getting worse. It might even stop court action or losing your home.
