By standing order

If you have a bank or building society account you can set up a standing order to pay your rent weekly, monthly or fortnightly.

Make sure that payments cover the rent due and that you the amounts are adjusted to take account of any change in rent or housing benefit entitlement.

You can download and print the standing order form, complete it and give to your bank to set up the payments.

To set up a standing order you will need:

  • Your rent account reference number (the 11-digit number from the front of your rent notification letter)

If you do not have your tenancy account reference to hand call 0344 980 3333.
