Important: garage rent arrears
From Monday 13 November, garage rent accounts are being monitored in order to identify issues with rent arrears. We will be sending arrears reminder letters to those accounts that meet a certain criteria.
What you can do if you are in arrears:
- Pay your garage rent arrears
- Set up a Direct Debit or see other ways to pay
- End your tenancy if you no longer wish to rent your garage or parking bay
