When you apply for planning permission, you must pay the correct fee as your application won’t be validated without it.

How to pay your application fee
- Debit or credit card: when submitting your application through the Planning Portal.
- Cheque: make it payable to Norwich City Council and post it to: Planning Services, Norwich City Council, City Hall, Norwich, NR2 1NH.
