Norwich City Council is the data controller for customer services' enhanced contact information, this includes accessibility flags.
We process this personal data with your explicit consent. Should you wish to remove your consent at any time, please email DPO@norwich.gov.uk

What will we do with your data?
We will use the information you provide us with to tailor our services to better fit your needs, based on the information you have given us.
We will keep this data for 36 months and will contact you near the end of that period to review this arrangement as stated in our Retention Schedule.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request access to your personal information. You also have the right to:
- ask for errors to be corrected
- restrict how your information is used
- object to how it is processed; or request that your data is deleted
You have the right to remove consent for us to hold this information at any time as stated in our Retention Schedule available on our website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how your data is processed.
Why are we requesting this data?
We are requesting this voluntary information to allow us to adapt how we deliver our services to you and to ensure you get the best possible service from us at all times.
How will we share your data?
Information provided as enhanced contact information is shared, where necessary, within Norwich City Council and with our contractors and approved service providers in order that they may better carry out their duties.

Apart from where previously stated, we do not pass your details to third parties unless we are lawfully able to do so for the prevention and detection of crime and fraud, or for the collection of taxes.
