Norwich City Council is the data controller for road schemes requiring Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), road notices and consultation and we have a legal obligation to process your personal information. If you do not give your name and address, your objection to the scheme cannot be legally considered. Also, it may be necessary to contact you for clarity or discussion, which will not be possible if we do not have the relevant data.
Information provided for road schemes requiring Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), road notices and consultation is shared internally between relevant Norwich City Council teams and Norfolk County Council teams and externally with contractors in order that they may carry out their statutory duties.
Apart from where previously stated, we do not pass your details to third parties unless we are lawfully able to do so for the prevention and detection of crime and fraud, or for the collection of taxes.
