Norwich City Council is the data controller for Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme.
For individuals expressing an interest in the scheme we process your information with your consent, however when drawing up a contract and in fulfilling it we will process your personal data under contract.

We use it to process your application and/or expression of interest for the Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme. We will keep you informed about the progress of the scheme, and, if you choose to access funding, process your application to make sure you are eligible.
We intend to keep your data for ten years after the scheme ends as stated in our Retention Schedule available on our website.

You will be unable to access the grant funding.
Information provided for delivery of the scheme is shared internally with the environmental strategy team in order that they may carry out their duties.
For those homeowners seeking works to be carried out, we will share your details with our contractor(s) to enable them to undertake the requested works. Details of the specific contractors will be provided to those who request the works.
Apart from where previously stated, we do not pass your details to any other third parties unless we are lawfully able to do so for the prevention and detection of crime and fraud, or for the collection of taxes.
