Overview
The ECFS supports families with children aged 0–5 across Norfolk, offering free, accessible services to help with parenting, child development, and emotional wellbeing. Delivered in partnership with Action for Children, the service replaces traditional children’s centres and operates from libraries, community hubs, and 15 dedicated ECFS bases.
