Before making a request, check our open data page to see if the information is already available.

We will respond to your request within 20 working days of receipt.

If you want a copy of the personal information the council holds about you, you should complete the Data Subject Access Request form instead.

Information you will need before you begin the form

There may be a charge for printing, copying or postage if your request involves a lot of information. If there is a charge, we will let you know and ask for your approval.

Before you start

Before you begin, please note:

• You have 30 minutes to complete each page.
• Your answers won’t be saved until you submit the form.
• Once you start, you’ll need to complete the form in one go.
• You won’t be able to leave and return later.
