As a tenant of Norwich City Council, there are a variety of opportunities available for you to get involved in shaping the housing services you receive.
We pride ourselves on putting our tenants at the heart of housing matters. We work closely with a panel of volunteers to ensure that tenants influence our service standards, scrutinise our performance and ensure value for money.Tenants also have the opportunity to provide feedback on a variety of housing topics by completing our Talkback Panel surveys

If you sign up to be an involved tenant and carry out assigned activities you will be entered into a yearly prize draw.
