- Roads
- Pavements
- Footpaths
- Parks and open spaces
- Other Council-managed areas
This form should be used for illegally dumped waste (for example, bags of rubbish, furniture, or building materials left in public places).
This form should not be used for:
- Reporting missed bin collections
- Arranging bulky waste collections
- Issues on private land (these are usually the responsibility of the landowner)
Information you will need before you begin the form

- The exact location of the fly-tipping (for example, street name or nearest landmark)
- A description of the waste
- Any photos (if available)
