Information you will need before you begin the form
To help us locate and assess your request, you will need to provide:
- The date, time and location of the incident
- Details of the incident or investigation
- Information about the person or organisation making the request
- Any supporting information that helps us identify the relevant footage
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that footage can be released.
Each request will be assessed in line with data protection legislation and other legal requirements.
