Deregulation Act 2015 and preventing retaliatory evictions
With effect from 1 October 2015 the Deregulation Act 2015 contains provisions suspending the operation of Section 21 in order to protect a tenant against retaliatory eviction.
Model tenancy agreement
The government has drafted a model tenancy agreement for use in the private rented sector where a shorthold tenancy is being entered into, and provided accompanying guidance.
