The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (Additional Provisions) (England) Regulations 2007 - these regulations apply to all HMOs (even those which do not need a licence) which are converted flats. All other HMOs are required to comply with The Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations (2006) - see below.
The Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations (2006) - these regulations apply to all HMOs (even those which do not need a licence) apart from those which are not converted flats. All HMOs that are converted flats are required to comply with The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (Additional Provisions) (England) Regulations 2007 – see above.
- Norwich City Council Amenities Standards – October 2018 - these standards form part of the licence conditions for all licensable HMOs. They also act as guidance for non-licensable HMOs.
