Existing customers will receive an invoice at the end of each year of the scheme to let you know about the different ways you can continue to pay for the service.
If you have not been sent an invoice, and you currently have a garden waste bin, please call us on 0344 980 3333 to check if you have an active service or an outstanding invoice to pay.
By Direct Debit
Existing customers who pay by Direct Debit will pay a reduced rate and this will be shown on your invoice. Please note that we are unable to collect payment by Direct Debit once an invoice has been sent.
To set up a Direct Debit in advance of your invoice, or to pay future years by Direct Debit, please complete and return the form.
The annual payment will be taken on the first day of the month in which your renewal is due from your bank or building society account.
If your garden waste invoice has passed its renewal date please contact us on 0344 980 3333 as your subscription may have been cancelled.

At a post office or PayPoint outlet
Take your invoice to any post office or PayPoint outlet to make your payment. A list of post offices and PayPoint locations can be found on the allpay.net website or by calling 0344 980 3333.
