- Food sold after its use by date

Let us know if you see:
- Dirty kitchens or food areas
- Staff not washing hands
- Unsafe food handling
- Food businesses that aren’t registered

Please contact Trading Standards for:
- False health claims
- Incorrect or missing ingredients
- Food not weighing what it says
- Misleading product descriptions
- Missing or incorrect allergen info
Compensation or refunds
We don’t deal with refunds or compensation. You can either contact the business directly or get legal advice.
