Norwich has adopted a bold and ambitious 10-year Parks and Green Spaces Strategy with a clear vision:
Our parks and green spaces are vibrant, inclusive, and well-used by all communities. They offer enhanced opportunities for recreation, sport, and leisure - encouraging greater participation in physical activity and contributing to improved mental and physical wellbeing. Our open spaces also support thriving biodiversity and wildlife.
Delivering this vision requires significant investment. The Parks and Green Spaces team works tirelessly to secure funding and bring these projects to life. When successful, these initiatives are carefully developed and delivered over time - so please keep an eye out for updates and progress across the city.
