Safeguarding children and adults at risk of harm - 12. Training
12.1 All Norwich City Council staff are required to complete mandatory safeguarding training to understand their responsibilities to safeguard children and adults at risk of harm.
12.2 This training must be refreshed at least every 3 years.
12.3 Some staff will also receive additional specialist training relevant to their role. Staff may also request additional training via their line manager.
