Safeguarding children and adults at risk of harm - 14. Escalating concerns
14.1 Where safeguarding concerns persist, staff have a responsibility to escalate these to relevant external organisations.
14.2 To escalate adult concerns, additional guidance can be found in the Complex Case guidance (norfolksafeguardingadultsboard.info)
14.3 To escalate concerns relating to children and young people, in addition to contacting relevant agencies in 14.1, staff should also contact Children's Advice and Duty Service (CADS).
