Before you submit a request
We already publish lots of useful information. Please check if the information is already available:
Requests we cannot handle
Some services are managed by Norfolk County Council.
Examples include:
- schools and education
- children’s services
- highways and transport (except off-street car parks)
- social services
- libraries
- parking enforcement
- adoption and fostering
- museums
Note: this list is not exhaustive.
We’ll respond within 20 working days.
Important notes
- Some information may be exempt (e.g. personal data or commercially sensitive material).
- We may publish responses with sensitive details removed.
