Responding to enquiries

We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within 5 working days.

In the month leading up to an event, this is reduced to 3 working days. The accessibility email inbox also sends an automatic reply with useful information.

Due to capacity, accessibility requests submitted less than two weeks before an event cannot be guaranteed, as support may be limited.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
