  • Dirty kitchens or food areas
  • Staff not washing hands
  • Unsafe food handling
  • Food businesses that aren’t registered

Please contact Trading Standards for:

  • False health claims
  • Incorrect or missing ingredients
  • Food not weighing what it says
  • Misleading product descriptions
  • Missing or incorrect allergen info

Compensation or refunds

We don’t deal with refunds or compensation. You can either contact the business directly or get legal advice.
