View and comment on planning applications

View planning applications at City Hall

As a result of the coronavirus outbreak, access to City Hall is for emergencies only so the council is not able to provide the usual face to face appointment arrangements for customers not able to view and comment online. If you do not have access to the internet and would like to view an application, please call us on 01603 989342 to discuss the best way to get the information to you.

You will need to book an appointment to view planning applications, dating from 2005 onwards, using a computer in the customer centre on the ground floor of City Hall.

Appointments are available in 30-minute time slots and can be made between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Only major applications (for 10 or more dwellings or greater than 1000sqm) can be viewed in hard copy, due to their size and complexity. Book an appointment to view an application.

To view planning applications dated before 2005

Call 01603 989342 or email to make an arrangement to view planning applications dated before 2005.

If you can't get to City Hall or have no internet access

If it is not possible for you to get to City Hall because of a disability or you cannot access the internet, please call 01603 212092 or email to make other arrangements.
