A detailed site inspection is made to assess the impact of the proposed development. Applications are considered in the light of:
- the development plan, local finance considerations.
- material considerations including the National Planning Policy Framework any emerging policies, any relevant supplementary planning documents and other material considerations.
Additional information or amendments requested
Once an application has been reviewed by the case officer, additional information or amendments may be requested. If amendments are requested they need to be submitted within the period specified.
