Meet the Norwich Town Deal Board - Phil Courtier
Phil is Director of Place for both Broadland and South Norfolk Councils.
In his role he is responsible for Planning, Building Control, Economic Growth, Licensing and Environmental Protection across the two districts.
He is also a Director for the Greater Norwich Partnership.
