Report a problem or make a request
If you need more food caddy liners, tie one to your outside bin on collection day. If the crew has some, they’ll leave you a new roll.
Fly tipping is when someone dumps items in the wrong place instead of using a bin or recycling centre. Report fly-tipping
If your waste or recycling collection is missed, you must report it within 2 working days of your scheduled collection date.
Reports made after this period will not be accepted and your items will need to be placed out for your next scheduled collection.
We do not offer missed collection reports for food waste, textiles, electricals or batteries. If these items are not collected, leave them out for collection the following week.

If you can’t move your bins or food caddy by yourself, and no one at home can help you, we can come and collect them for you. Also use this form to cancel an existing arrangement or respond to a review letter.
