Important information about parking permits and season tickets
Parking Operations is responsible for managing:
- all on-street permits including resident, visitor and business permits
- housing car park permits
- level 1 and 2 car park season tickets
- Eaton park season tickets.
To apply for and renew any of these permits and season tickets, please visit the Parking Operations' website.
Note: The management of multi-storey car park season tickets remains with Norwich City Council.
