Antisocial behaviour (ASB)

Impact of coronavirus on ASB

We're constantly reviewing and making changes to some of our services in response to the coronavirus crisis.

This has affected the way we would normally deal with antisocial behaviour in a number of ways.

We are asking all residents to be considerate and tolerant of each other as we adjust to this temporary new way of life. We suggest that if you are in anyway impacted by noise from your neighbours you print and complete one of our Dear Neighbour cards.

We are currently unable to deal with complaints that involve general living noise, as our services are reduced.

Any other complaints we receive will continue to be risk assessed using a national framework to identify and support the most vulnerable victims.

If the nuisance you are experiencing is a direct result of government guidelines being ignored, please report the details to the Police on 101. Police have powers to take action in these cases.
