- provide entertainment (e.g., live music, film screenings)
- Serve hot food/drink between 11pm and 5am
This applies to pubs, restaurants, shops, clubs, event venues and more.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- Run or plan to run a business at the premises, or,
- Represent a charity, school, club, hospital, or police
- Are aged 18 or over
