A premises licence allows a venue to:

  • sell alcohol
  • provide entertainment (e.g., live music, film screenings)
  • Serve hot food/drink between 11pm and 5am

This applies to pubs, restaurants, shops, clubs, event venues and more.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you:

  • Run or plan to run a business at the premises, or,
  • Represent a charity, school, club, hospital, or police
  • Are aged 18 or over

How to apply

  • Details of the applicant
  • Details of the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)
  • A scaled plan of the premises
  • An operating schedule (activities, hours, conditions)
