The Climate and Environment Emergency Executive Panel is an advisory panel to the Cabinet on works to make the City of Norwich carbon neutral as soon as possible, the continuation and expansion of climate change resilient social housing and other Environmental matters. The Panel promotes working with other Local Authorities and works towards the 2040 City Vision.
