Types of committees - Licensing and Regulatory Sub-Committees

The Licensing and Regulatory Sub-Committees meet on an ad-hoc basis when a hearing is required. This can be for a new Premises License that has recieved objections or for the Hearing of a Private Hire License or Hackney Carriage License whereby the Sub-Committee will be asked to make a decision on the application.
