The easiest way to report a repair is online.

If you prefer to speak to someone, you can call our Customer Contact Team on 0344 980 3333 between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Please get in touch if you need help with:

  • communal lighting repairs
  • maintenance of shared gardens
  • problems with rubbish or recycling collection
  • booking a bulky item collection (note: there is a charge for this)
  • breakdowns in communal heating systems.
